Solids Control & Waste Management

Our solids control technologies utilize high performance centrifuges capable of removing less than 2-micron ultra solids from the mud stream thereby maintaining drilling fluid integrity for optimum drilling efficiencies.

Our Team of specialist engineers can hook up the centrifuges in total solids removal and barite recovery modes. Our operations minimize HSE impact, and lowers drilling costs through NPT management.

Automatic Tank Cleaning
Tanks cleaning operation is inevitable in course of oil and gas drilling operations due to change in drilling fluids, tank inspections or unusual buildup of solids due failure in primary solids control equipment (shaker-screen)

We utilize jet heads to deliver wash water to achieve automated cleaning thereby maximizing HSE and reducing personnel entry to tanks (confined spaces). The system comprises of network of piping, hoses, pumps used to charge the jet heads, evacuate slop water and treatment for reuse to minimize volume of wastewater generated.

The benefits derived from our Automated tank cleaning system are:

  • NPT reduction due to wait-on conventional manual cleaning which is more time consuming
  • Improve safety of tank cleaning operation
  • Minimal waste generation from tank cleaning operation.

Dewatering:
We offer Dewatering services as one of the processes to manage waste of our customers to help them reduce overall drilling cost.

Dewatering process is a chemically enhanced centrifuge separation through use of coagulants, flocculants, and other chemicals beyond the normal separation capability of 2-3 microns of a standard centrifuge.

Utilizing our proprietary equipment, our Dewatering process removes all colloidal particles down to clear water and subsequent release in an environmentally safe and cost-effective manner.

The equipment can be set up in a central fluid plant serving a cluster of rigs. Major economic benefit is reduction of waste volume and disposal cost.

Cutting Reinjection:
This is a process of artificially induced lost circulation. In this process oil field waste and drilled cuttings is pumped into a formation resulting into zero discharge to the environment.

We offer this service for land swamp and offshore operations. The system consists:

Sludge Separation and Recovery
Our sludge separation and recovery system is best suited for the treatment process of bottom tank sludge consisting of:
